All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Concerts Commissioner Appointment to the Office of Student Services | |

| Whereas the Concerts Commissioner previously appointed has taken a leave of absence and the position must be filled to ensure that ASUCI continues to be productive and produce concerts and entertainment on campus. Whereas it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2), Let it be resolved that Eric Saidi be confirmed as Concerts Commissioner as a member of the staff of the ASUCI Office of Student Services and afforded all privileges associated with such an appointment.
