Whereas it is the responsibility of Legislative Council to be advocates of the student body and to be easily accessible especially via email,

Whereas, council members already receive a large sum of emails making it difficult to address the student body in an efficient and timely manner,

Whereas, by creating email addresses for each school and at large representative through ASUCI, these email addresses will remain effective even when council members change,

Whereas, in keeping the email addresses consistent throughout the years there will be less confusion and need to update legislative council emailing addresses which may or may not be located on sources of media associate with ASUCI,

Therefore, let it be resolved that the following email addresses be established for the following council representatives:

REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.
