All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, Janiel Sta. Ana has been an interim Legislative Council Liaison for the past month and a half,

Whereas, he has done a great job to make sure Council is on track with amazing agendas and cohesive meetings,

Whereas, he has committed to the position for the academic year and is and will be a great asset to Council.

Let it be resolved that Janiel Sta. Ana be appointed Legislative Council Liaison retroactive to January 2010 and be paid out of account 6012-7115.
