All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Formalize Legislative Council's Meeting on 03/11/10 | |

| Whereas, It is the responsibility of ASUCI Legislative Council to advocate for the students, and Whereas, ASUCI Legislative Council have done an amazing job in advocating for the students, and Whereas, their job entitles them to put forth legislations in order to represent the students of UCI and sustain the wellness of the UCI campus. Whereas, Legislative Council has written a numerous amount of legislations for the well being of the students of UCI and the UCI campus, and Whereas, Legislative Council have a plethora of legislations to discuss, and Whereas, it is imperative that Legislative Council have sufficient time in order to deliberate and vote on any suspended or unpresented legislations currently. Let it be resolved, that each Legislative Council member will make it a priority to be present on 03/11/10, and Let it be resolved, that Legislative Council's meeting on 03/11/10 will be a formal meeting that Legislative Council will discuss and vote on any suspended or unpresented legislations. |
