All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Shorten Legislative Council Meeting on 04/01/10 due to Bren Events Concert | |

| Whereas, ASUCI is holding their annual Bren Events Concert on April 1, 2010 at the Brent Events Center from 6:30 P.M.-11:55 P.M. Whereas, ASUCI is bringing out performers such as Common, B.O.B., and The Cool Kids. Whereas, the office of Student Services have done an astounding job in planning and preparing for this important event. Whereas, Legislative Council's weekly Thursday meetings conflict with the schedule of the Bren Event Concert, and Whereas, the profits from the concert will go back into general ASUCI activities and therefore it is in the best interest of Legislative Council to support this event. Let it be resolved, that Legislative Council's meeting on 04/01/10 will end early by 6:00 P.M. in order to allow Legislative Council ample time to attend the Bren Events Concert. |
