All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, the school academic year has begun and multiple members of the staff in the Office of the Administrative Affairs Vice President have been working since June 2010, Whereas, members of the staff have begun performing their office duties, Whereas, it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 3), Let it be resolved, that the following students be confirmed in their titles and as members of the staff to the Administrative Affairs Vice President and afforded all privileges associated with such appointments: Chief of Staff - Jeannine Yap ROAR Commissioner - Molly Ha-Hoang Director of Campus Affairs - Shane Jagow Campus Affairs Commissioner - Artin Soroosh Legal Clinic Commissioner - Genevieve Galman Vendor Fair Coordinator - Marisa Klipp Farmers Market Coordinator - Lena Hu Garden Initiative Admin - Alexandre Colavin Garden Initiative Education - Alexandra Nagy |
