Whereas it is important to maintain an ongoing and consistent means of communication by appointing a representative from Legislative Council to be a liaison between the Legislative Council and the ASUCI Office of Information Technology
Whereas we need to ensure a healthy transition of the Information Technology Liaison position from quarter-to-quarter,
Whereas the ASUCI Office of Information Technology Assistant Liaison will assist the ASUCI OIT Liaison with the necessary tasks and duties in order to learn how to coordinate between OIT and Legislative Council in a cohesive manner,
Whereas the ASUCI OIT Assistant Liaison shall not impend on the main responsibilities of the ASUCI OIT Liaison and act only as an assistant to learn and assist when needed,
Let it therefore be resolved that Legislative Council amend the ASUCI Bylaws to reflect the amendments listed below [edits in brackets and italicized]:
B. Council Provisions
Let it finally be resolved that the ASUCI Bylaws be immediately updated to reflect these changes. |
