Whereas under the Student Programming Funding Board Guidelines, it states under "Membership", "In the case that a representative has not been appointed to a chair position or is unable to perform his/her legislative council assigned duties or has resigned, the Vice-Chair of the respective committee will assume the responsiblities of the chair in regards to the Undergraduate Student Programming Funding Board until the new chair is appointed or the chair has resumed his/her legislative council duties"

Whereas it is vital that the Finance Committee to have representation in SPFB,

Whereas the current Finance Committee chair (Johnson Liu) and the current Finance Committee vice-chair (Eric Saidi) cannot attend the SPFB weekly meetings on Wednesdays 4pm-6pm for Fall 2010,

Whereas current Finance Committee member (Andrea Gaspar) is able and has been attending the SPFB meetings for this Fall 2010 quarter, 

Therefore, let it be resolved that Andrea Gaspar be appointed to Vice-Chair of Finance Committee for the remainder of the Fall 2010 quarter and the following members retain their previous appointed positions to the ASUCI Legislative Council Finance Committee:
