All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, the ASUCI Sustainability Commissioner is the de facto leader of The Green Initiative Fund, Whereas, the ASUCI Sustainability Commissioner is recommended by the Executive Cabinet and appointed by the Legislative Council, Whereas, this appointment is to be made at any point during Spring Quarter, yet applications are due by Friday Week 10 of Winter Quarter, Whereas, delays in processing the application packet for next year's ASUCI Sustainability Commissioner have occured due to creating the document for the first time, Whereas, setting a revised application deadline of Friday Week 2 of Spring Quarter would not delay the appointment process and would allow additional time for the application to remain open, Therefore, let it be resolved that Sustainability Commissioner Application Packets be submitted by Friday Week 2 of Spring Quarter so as to be considered and appointed by the end of Spring Quarter. |
