Whereas, the ASUCI organization will benefit as a whole from conducting frequent ‘All-AS’ meetings.

Whereas, all paid Executives officers, Commissioners, Judicial Board Justices, and Legislative Council Representatives will be required to attend these meetings,

Whereas the Communications Director under the Office of the President will prepare an agenda and take notes during these meetings, 

Whereas, the President of ASUCI will Chair and facilitate these meetings including setting rules for the organization of the meeting,

Whereas each branch’s report may be supplemented by another representative or commissioner under that office/branch to provide better and in depth detail of its activities,

Whereas, after each presentation, there will be time allotted for questions about each branch’s activities,

Whereas, time not used for reports will be organized for leadership workshops and brainstorming ideas as an All ASUCI whole,

Whereas, these meeting will foster a well connected ASUCI and foster cross branch collaboration for event

Whereas the Public Information Committee will take attendance at these meetings to ensure commitment to responsibilities,

Whereas more than three absences at these meetings each quarter will result in a removal of stipend and possible removal from office, 

Let it be resolved that Legislative Council amend the ASUCI Bylaws to reflect the amendments proposed below (additions in bold, changes stricken)

VI. MEETINGS

 B. Regular Meetings

1. Council meetings shall be held Tuesday and Thursday from 5 pm until 7 pm each academic quarter. Tuesday meeting shall run from 5pm until 6:30pm for even numbered weeks only. Tuesday Meetings during odd weeks shall run from 5pm until 6:50pm. All Thursday meetings shall run from 5pm until 7pm.

H. All-ASUCI Meeting

1. Council shall meet every Tuesday from 6:30pm until 7:30pm in an All-ASUCI meeting. In attendance will include all the ASUCI Executive Cabinet, their office Commissioners and Chiefs of Staff, and Justices of the ASUCI Judicial Board. ASUCI President shall Chair these meetings and facilitate communication between the three branches of ASUCI as well as new partnerships between the three brachens of ASUCI.
