All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Appointment of Legislative Council Liaison

Whereas, Noelle Evangelista has done a great job to make sure ASUCI Legislative Council's minutes are accurate,

Whereas, she has committed to the position for the academic year and is and will be a great asset to Council,

Whereas, she has been taking minutes as of October 4th, 2011,

Let it be resolved that Noelle Evangelista be appointed Legislative Council Liaison and be paid out of account 6012-7115

Let it further be resolved that her pay period start October 1st and last until the end of her term in June 2012.
