All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Ratification of Fall Elections 2011 | |

| Whereas, the ASUCI Fall Elections for 2011 are complete, and Whereas, the process, policies and procedures of the ASUCI By-Laws, Constitution and Elections Code were all followed to the best abilities of the Elections Commission, Let it be resolved, that the Legislative Council acknowledge and approve the elections process so that the election results for Fall 2011 can be posted as soon as the constitution and elections code permit; save any races where complaints may yet be unresolved.
