All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas, the UCI academic year has begun and multiple members of the staff in the Office of the Academic Affairs Vice President have been working since June 2011, Whereas, it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 3), Let it be resolved, that the following students be confirmed in their titles and as members of the staff to the Academic Affairs Vice President and afforded all privileges associated with such appointments: Chief of Staff – Sean Silverio Anteater Mentorship Program Commissioner – Nika Carrillo Speakers and Debate Commissioner – Omeid Heidari Visions Commissioner – Arielle Tuzon UTeach Commissioner – Earl Foust and Maivy Nguyen Academic Senate Commissioner – Jedrek Chua Academic Engagement Commissioner – Emily Chen
