All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Withholding Stipends of Commissioners not Approved by Council

Whereas, the ASUCI Constitution is one of the governing documents of ASUCI,

Whereas, according to Article 4, Section B, Subsection 3 which reads:

Approving, by a majority vote of the voting Legislative Council members present, 

the commissioner appointments of the Executive Officers;

Whereas, the Executives were to present this resolution to Legislative Council once appointments to the commissioner position were finished,

Whereas, the following offices have failed to complete this task:

  1. Office of Administrative Affairs

Whereas, the Executive Cabinet was given a deadline of February 3, 2012 and it was not met,

Let it be resolved that the Offices of  Administrative Affairs stipends of the commissioners appointed by their respective Executive be withheld until Legislative Council reviews the appointments.
