All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, the 2011-2012 school year is already in progress,
Whereas, all council members are already on a standing committee and is required to serve on a standing committee, Whereas, each committee's Chair needs to attend SPFB meetings on Wednesdays from 5-7 pm. Whereas, the current position of Public Info Committee Chair must be reappointed in light of unforeseen predicaments, Therefore, let it be resolved that the former Chair, Michelle Vasquez, will no longer serve as Chair and the following council member be appointed to the ASUCI Legislative Council Public Info Committee as Chair: ASUCI Legislative Council Public Info Commitee: Jennifer Song (Chair) Michelle Vasquez (Vice Chair) Albert Liao Crystal Ukpong Janelle Pham
