Whereas, XXI holdings will be able to retain all profit (if there are any) from the event,

Whereas, XXI Holdings understands that they are responsible for money if the concert does not create revenue,

Whereas, UCI students will get special access to the tickets before they are released to the public,

Whereas, ASUCI’s legal department will draft a contract between ASUCI and XXI Holdings to clearly identify the terms and conditions,

Whereas, ASUCI will book the artists, coordinate production, market the event,

Whereas, ASUCI Student Services Vice President and advisors Mark Deppe/Sandy conducted two reference calls with XXI Holding’s other partners to deem them appropriate and capable of working together at that level of investment,

Whereas, ASUCI is a partner in this agreement, if ASUCI defaults on any part of the agreement, ASUCI is financially responsible for the full financial effects of the default, in an amount not to exceed the original investment amount by XXI Holdings.
