All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Appointment of Health Sciences Representative

Whereas, there is a vacancy for the Health Sciences Representative, and

Whereas, it is the duty and responsibility of the ASUCI Legislative Council outlined in the Constitution and Council By-Laws to fill any vacancies by appointment and, 

Whereas, the council has convened to interview, debate, and vote upon the candidates, and

Whereas, Council has voted to appoint Yalda Sanaiha,

Therefore, let it be resolved that Yalda Sanaiha be appointed to the open Health Sciences Representative seat on the ASUCI Legislative Council.
