All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, there is currently an open seat for the Biological Sciences Representative position, Whereas, it is the duty and repsonsibility of the ASUCI Legislative Council outlined in the Constitution and Council By-Laws to fill any vacancies by appointment, Whereas, a majority vote of council present is required to appoint a candidate to their potential and respective seat on council, Wheras, on March 8, 2012, Legislative Council convened and interviewed the Biological Sciences Representative applicant, Therefore, let it be resolved that Kleshie Baisie be duly appointed to the open At-Large seat on the ASUCI Legislative Council until the end of Spring Quarter 2012. |
