All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Appointment of Elections Commissioner and Election Deputies | |

Whereas the Elections Commissioner, and the Election Deputies oversee a fair, equitable, and efficient process for Student Government elections throughout the year, Whereas is it is the duty of the Elections Commissioner to appoint three Election Deputies according to the ASUCI Elections Code, Article XI, Section C, number 3, Whereas if an Elections Deputy is unable to fulfill the commitments required of the position, they must be replaced, Whereas Manuel Elizalde, the Elections Deputy of Logistics that was appointed in the fall quarter is unable to continue in the position because of other commitments, Whereas John Delshadi has worked as an intern on the Elections Committee for the past two quarters, Whereas John has been attending Elections Committee Meetings and has been actively involved in facilitating the Spring Elections, Let it be resolved that John Delshadi replaces Manuel Elizalde as the Elections Deputy of Logistics Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council confirms the appointment of John Delshadi As the 2012 ASUCI Election Deputy of Logistics.
