All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Rescind TGIF Commissioner Appointment

Whereas the TGIF by-laws require the Executives to send the applicants for the TGIF Commissioner position to the TGIF Board for Review,

Whereas the TGIF by-laws requires Legislative Council to interview the appointment by the Executives and TGIF prior to approving the appointment, 

Whereas the Executives and Legislative Council missed the above steps in the appointment process of the Sustainability Commissioner of TGIF,

Whereas there was also a complaint of  the lack of marketing of the TGIF Sustainability Commissioner position,

Let it be resolved that in order to follow the TGIF by-laws and to better market the application, ASUCI will rescind R47-77 the TFIG Sustainability Commissioner Appointment and will re-open the application.
