REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Meeting Cancellation for June 5, 2012

Whereas, per the bylaws of ASUCI, Article VI, Section B, Sub-section 1 reads,  "Council meetings shall be held Tuesday and Thursday from 5 pm until 7 pm each academic quarter,"

Whereas, the ASUCI Banquet is being conducted on June 5, 2012 during the Council Meeting time,

Whereas, it is important for Legislative Council to be there in unity of an all ASUCI function,

Let it be resolved that the Meeting on June 5, 2012 be cancelled in order to allow Council Members to Attend the ASUCI Banquet,

Let it further be resolved that all current Council members attend the All ASUCI Banquet.
