Whereas, the UCI Yearbook, Anthology, is an undergraduate student project sponsored by the Associated Students, University of California, Irvine (ASUCI) and Student Affairs and, 

Whereas, Anthology is a student-run publication that records anteater history with memorable stories, events, issues and trends on the UC Irivine campus from each year and,

Whereas, the entity is composed of a paid Adviser and student positions consisting of Editor-in-Chief, Marketing Director, Photography Editor, Graphic Design Editor, Campus Life Editor, Residential Life Editor, Administration Editor, Academics Editor, Sports Editor, Clubs Spotlight Editor, and Copy Editor and,

Whereas, Anthology has been able to cover expenses and contingency in the past years in order to self-sustain,

Whereas, Anthology has not required additional funds from ASUCI for the past several years and,

Whereas, ASUCI has deemed the supported affiliation with Anthology unnecessary and,

Let it be resolved, that Anthology will no longer be officially under the purview jurisdiction of ASUCI and,

Let if further be resolved, Anthology will be its own self sustained organization under the Student Media distinction of Student Government and Student Media.
