REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: EVP UCSA Travel Account to Students of Color Budget Reallocation

Where as the 2012 Students of Color Conference will take place November 9th to November 11th at UC Riverside, 

Whereas it is the responsibility of the Executive Vice President Office to provide all UCI Students the opportunity to attend the conference,  

Whereas the Executive Vice President will be taking a delegation of 140 students to the conference, 

Whereas the Executive Vice President Office has a shortage of $430 in the SOCC Account,

Let it be resolved that Legislative Council approves the following transfer: 

$430 from the UCSA Travel Account (6409-7160) to the Students of Color Conference Account(6437-7160).
