All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2), And whereas members of the staff have already been placed on payroll and begun performing their office duties, Whereas the school academic year has begun and multiple members of the staff in the Office of Executive Vice President have been working since June 2012, Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed in their respective positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of Student Services and afforded all privileges associated with such appointments: Patrick Chen, Chief of Staff Nicole Hisatomi, Lobby Core Instructor Eric Huy-Nam Doan, Lobby Core Associate Instructor John Delshadi, Elections Commissioner Melissa Gamble, Campus Organizing Director Jennifer Elizabeth Alvarez, Campus Organizing Coordinator Katerina Mesesan, Legislative Director Megan Ashley Valladao, Legislative Coordinator Nancy Avila, Local Government and Policy Director Jeremy Jang, Local Government and Policy Coordinator David Hollingsworth, Community Outreach and Labor Director Bonnie To, Community Outreach and Labor Coordinator Tasneem Sheriff, Marketing Director |
