All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Appointment of Admin Affairs Commissioners

Whereas the Office of Administrative Affairs has completed the hiring process of the staff for the 2012-2013 academic year.

And whereas, members of the staff need to be placed on payroll and and have already been performing their duties,

And whereas according to Article IV, Section B, Subsection 3 of the ASUCI Constitution, Legislative Council is responsible for “approving, by a majority vote…the commissioner appointments of the Executive Officers,"

Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed in their respective positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Vice President of Adminstrative Affairs and afforded all the privileges associated with such appointments:

Jennifer Song, Chief of Staff

Liz Mack, Vendor Fair Commissioner

Dason Tran, Vendor Fair Commissioner

Skyla Zhang, Anteaters in Action Commissioner

Amanda Kim, R.O.A.R. Commissioner

Chelsea Nakano, R.O.A.R. Commissioner

Jimmy Nguyen, Legal Clinic Commissioner

Chun Wai Chau, Garden Initiative Commissioner
