All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Appointment of Office of the President Commissioners | |

| Whereas the Office of the President has completed the hiring process of the
staff for the 2012-2013 academic year,
And whereas it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be
approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2),
And whereas, members of the staff need to be confirmed for payroll and have
already been performing their duties,
Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed in their respective
positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of the President and
afforded all privileges associated with such appointments:
Tony Tizcareno, Chief of Staff
Sarah Amarragy, Chief of Staff
Nicole Hisatomi, Campus & Public Affairs Director
Joseph Lih, Campus & Public Affairs Associate Director
Ryan Reyes, Communications & Marketing Director
Tasneem Sheriff, ART LAB Director
Dennis Tran, Films Director
Dominique Doan, SPFB Commissioner |
