All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Ratification of Spring Run Off 2013 Election Process | |

| Whereas, the ASUCI Spring Elections for 2013 are complete and all eligible voters have been given the opportunity to cast their votes, Whereas, certain races resulted in ties and required a Run-Off Election and thus extended the voting deadline for students in order to cast their votes for eligible candidates, Whereas, the process, policies, and procedures of ASUCI By-Laws, Constitution, and Elections Code were all followed in proper fashion and to the best of the abilities of the Elections Commission in the case of the Run-Off Elections, Whereas by ratifying the election process ASUCI Legislative Council is not necessarily endorsing the winners (once released) of the election but are simply upholding their duty of ratifying the process by which the Election was administered, Let it be resolved, that the ASUCI Legislative Council acknowledges and approves the election process in order to permit the election results for Run-Off Spring 2013 elections to be posted as soon as the constitution and elections code permit, save any races where disputes may not be resolved by the proper authorities. |
