REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Approval of Associate Justice Lozano

Whereas, ASUCI Legislative Council Representatives have nominated members for the ASUCI Judicial Board, 

 

Whereas, nominations for Judicial board had expired past the point where only Executives had the ability to nominate members for ASUCI Judicial Board,

 

Whereas, ASUCI Legislative Council as elected Representatives were within their full rights to nominate their own nominees for the vacant positions on ASUCI Judicial Board,

 

Whereas, ASUCI Legislative Council followed the procedures and established to nominate individuals and to present them ASUCI Legislative Council for confirmation by Council as a whole,

 

Whereas, Myron Lozano was nominated to be an ASUCI Judicial board Associate Justice 

 

Let it be Resolved That Myron Lozano be approved by ASUCI Legislative Council to sit on ASUCI Judicial Board as an Associate Justice with his term expiring April 21, 2015 and being established with the powers, privileges, and rights of ASUCI Judicial Board Associate Justice as stipules in the ASUCI Governing Documents.
