All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, each council member is required to serve on one of the four offered committees: Rules, Advocacy, Finances and Public Info and, Whereas, all of the committees are required to pick by a majority vote a Chair and Vice Chair and, Whereas, by a majority vote Patrick Chen was chosen to be Chair for Rules and Gabriel Sanchez for Vice Chair, Whereas, Khaalidah Sidney, Reza Zomorrodian and Melissa Gamble will also comprise of the rules committee, Let it be resolve, that the rules committee will fulfill all duties stated in the ASUCI constitution and bi-laws, Let it further be resolved the Legislative Council’s rules committee consists of the following current members: Rules Committee: Patrick Chen (Chair) Gabriel Sanchez (Vice Chair) Melissa Gamble Reza Zomorrodian Khaalidah Sidney |
