All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Appointment of Elections Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners

 Whereas the Elections Commissioner and the Election Deputies oversee a fair, equitable, and efficient process for Student Government elections throughout the year,

Whereas is it is the duty of the Office of the Executive Vice-President to appoint the Elections Commissioner and the Election Deputies,

Whereas the Executive Vice-President has conducted a week-long interview process to select the Election commissioner in the Spring,

Whereas the Elections Commissioner has conducted a week-long interview process to select the Election Deputies,

Let it be resolved that Legislative Council confirms the appointment of

           Jordanna Montiero

as the 2013-2014 ASUCI Elections Commissioner,

Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council confirms the appointment of

            Stephanie Cheng

            Kruti Shah

As the 2013-2014 ASUCI Election Deputies.
