All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Appointment of Business Representative

 Whereas, there is currently an open seat for the School of Business, and


Whereas, it is the duty and responsibility of ASUCI Legislative Council outlined in the Constitution and Council By-Laws to fill any vacancies by appointment,

Whereas, per November 5th, Legislative Council convened to interview, debate, and vote upon the candidates,

Whereas, council has voted to appoint Alexander Fung to the open Business Representative Seat,

Therefore, let it be resolved that Alexander Fung be duly appointed to the open Business Representative seat on ASUCI Legislative Council until the end of Fall Quarter 2013.
