All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Appointment of Ex-Officio Seat

Whereas, there are currently open seats for Ex-Officio, and

Whereas, it is the duty and responsibility of the ASUCI Legislative Council outlined in the Constitution and Council By-Laws to fill any vacancies by appointment, 

Whereas, a 2/3 Majority vote of council present is required to appoint a candidate to their potential and respective seat on council,

Whereas, per November 12th, Legislative Council convened in an official meeting, and voted accordingly on the candidates,

Therefore, let it be resolved that the following candidates be duly appointed to the open Ex-Officio positions on Legislative Council from Fall Quarter 2013 to the end of Spring 2014:
