REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: ASUCI Services Housed Under ASUCI

Whereas ASUCI acts as the undergraduate student government for the University of California Irvine,

 

Whereas ASUCI represents the students, protects student rights, and provides valuable services to its students,

 

Whereas examples of ASUCI services are, but are not limited to, Anteater Express, Vendor Fair, and Discount Ticket Sales,

 

Whereas these services allow ASUCI to better serve its constituents,

 

Whereas ASUCI aims to better and improve student life,

 

Whereas ASUCI maintains control over these services, operationally and financially,

 

Whereas our students and our professional staff handle all aspects of these functions,

 

Let it be resolved that all, but not limited to, the aforementioned ASUCI services stay within ASUCI


Let it be further resolved that, all functions, including budgets and accounting, stay within the ASUCI ledger and system.
