REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL |

All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas it has become of little use to have a physical copy of a Legislative Council agenda for council members as a result of it being easily accessed through the ASUCI website
Whereas most Legislative Council agendas are disposed of soon after council meetings
Whereas many council members bring devices to weekly meetings where they are able to access the legislative council agenda
Whereas it would be more environmental friendly to access legislations electronically
Let is be resolved that Legislative council urges future Legislative council members to access agendas electronically instead of printing them, and continue to keep agendas available on the ASUCI Website
