| Where was Legislative Council is empowered by the TGIF Guidelines (Chapter 2, Part A- ASUCI Sustainability Commissioner) to make final appointments of ASUCI Sustainability Commissioner, Whereas the Administrative Affairs Vice President has appointed Nicole Larson as the Green Initiative Fund Sustainability Commissioner for 2014-2015, Whereas Nicole Larson previously served as the TGIF Sustainability Commissioner for 2013-2014. Whereas the Administrative Affairs Vice President has received approval from the Executive Branch and has consulted with her Advisor, Stephanie Van Ginkel for the appointment of the TGIF Sustainability Commissioner, Let it be resolved that Legislative Council confirms the appointment of Nicole Larson as the TGIF Sustainability Commissioner for 2014-2015. Legislation passes 12-0-2.
