The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: ASUCI Information Technology Liaison Appointment

 Whereas, there is a vacancy for the ASUCI Information Technology Liaison position for the 2014-2015 academic year,

Whereas, Article III Section B of Legislative Council Bylaws expresses a need for the position to be filled by majority vote of Legislative Council,

Whereas, Alvin Phan is a candidate for this position for the 2014-2015 academic year,

Whereas, he is committed to attending all Legislative Council meetings and fulfilling all requirements of his position,

Let it be resolved that Alvin Phan be appointed as the ASUCI Information Technology Liaison from ASUCI Legislative Council, until the close of his term in 2014.
