All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas there has been a vacancy for the ASUCI Legislative Council Secretary position, Whereas under the ASUCI By-Laws Article 3, Section A, Sub-section 2, Item A-2-G, "[The ASUCI Executive Vice President] Appoints with concurrence of a majority of the voting Council members, executive commissioners who shall be in charge of elections, Council Secretary, campus organizing, legislative review, local government relations, and others as created by a simple majority of voting Legislative Council Members", Whereas the Council Secretary position was vacant at the start of the Fall Quarter, Whereas the EVP Office and Rules Committee interviewed the candidates, Whereas members of the staff need to be confirmed for payroll and have been performing their duties, Let it be resolved that the following be confirmed in their respective positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of the Executive Vice President and be afforded all privleges associated with such appointments: Serin Choi, Legislative Council Secretary |
