REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Office of the Administrative Affairs Vice President Appointments

 Whereas the Office of Administrative Affairs Vice President  has completed the hiring process of the staff 

 
for the 2014-2015 academic year,
 
Whereas the Office of the Administrative Affairs Vice President has made the appropriate adjustment to the 
 
list of hired staff,
  
And whereas it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the 
 
Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2),
 
And whereas, members of the staff need to be confirmed for payroll and have already been 
 
performing their duties,
 
Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed in their respective positions as 
 
members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of the Administrative Affairs Vice President and afforded all 
 
privileges associated with such appointments:
