Whereas, the ASUCI Fall Elections for 2014 are complete and all eligible voters have been given the opportunity to cast their votes,

Whereas, with the exception of the Arts Representative Election, all the process, policies, and procedures of ASUCI By-Laws, Constitution, and Elections Code were all followed in proper fashion and to the best of the abilities of the Elections Commission, 

Whereas, due to a technological error Arts students were unable to vote for their Legislative Council Representative,

Whereas by ratifiying the election process ASUCI Legislative Council is not necceserily endorsing the winners (once released) of the election but are simply upholding their duty of ratifying the process by which the Election was administered,

Let it be resolved, that the ASUCI Legislative Council acknowledges and approves the election process in order to permit the election results for Fall 2014 to be posted as soon as the constitution and elections code permit, save any races where disputes may not be resolved by the proper authorities.

Let it be further resolved, that upon the request of the Election Commission, ASUCI will hold a special election from December 15th-16th from 9 am on December 15th to 4 pm on December 16th to allow Arts students to vote for their Legislative Council representative, and upon the approval of Legislative Council, the Elections Commission shall post results as soon as feasible.
