All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas, Jessica Figueroa has gone through the application and interview process under the Cross Cultural Center Umbrella Intern and the five umbrella organization boards and is committed to serving as their representative for the remainder of the 2014-2015 academic year.
Whereas, Jessica is available to attend all the SPFB meetings and is available fulfill all the requirements as Cross Cultural Center Member and has accepted the position of the At-Large member for the year.
Let it be resolved that Jessica Figueroa be appointed the Cross Cultural Center Representative on the Student Programming Funding Board.
