All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: JOSC Meeting on R50-07

 Whereas the Judicial Oversight Committee (JOSC) Convened at 10:00 am on February 3rd with Jordan Edmunds from Legislative Council, Sanaa Khan from the Executive Cabinet, Oluwatobi Agbelemose and Kevin Tanaka from Judicial Board, and the ASUCI Interim Executive Co-Director Stephanie Van Ginkel,

Whereas the JOSC feels it is necessary to meet again with additional members to better represent the opinions present in the ruling on R50-07,

Let it be resolved that the JOSC will convene again to discuss the issue of R50-07 and the appointment process of Legislative Council more generally at a later date convenient for all members that must attend.
