Whereas, students are unsatisfied with the parking prices and rules and restrictions at UCI and its is fairly common for ASUCI to allow for critical needs,

Whereas, there are many tickets given out by UCI Transportation and Distribution Services for parking violations,

Whereas, students can only park at certain zones within the campus of University of California, Irvine,

Whereas, it is critical for the committee to proceed with extensive research on parking systems or services offered by other campus before further negotiations,

Whereas, ASUCI has a duty to ensure that UCI students are receiving fair services and high satisfactions from UCI Transportation and Distribution of Services,

Whereas, the committee will meet in a weekly basis if actively of week 9 and will proceed Spring 2015,

Therefore Let it Be Resolved, that ASUCI Legislative Council creates an Ad Hoc committee for UCI Parking to service the needs of students,

Let it further be resolved that the committee chair and co-chair will be selected at the committee's first meeting,
