Whereas, the Bus Love Board was formed after the passing of the Bus Love Fee Initiative, a fee initiative which intended on providing funding to Anteater Express, which passed Spring Elections 2013; and, [1]

Whereas, the Bus Love Board serves as the board that oversees the allocation and utilization of the funds on an annual basis; and,

Whereas, there is a vacant spot on the Bus Love Board for an ASUCI Legislative Council Representative; and, [2]

Whereas, the Office of Administrative Affairs Vice President has conducted interviews to select the undergraduate representatives through an application process; and,

Whereas, the ASUCI By-Law Article 3, Section B, Item 8 states, “Voting Council members shall confirm or reject by a simple majority present all nominations for the student representative positions on all Administrative, Advisory, Academic Senate or other ASUCI Represented Committees, as recommended by the respective Executive Officers and reviewed by the Rules Committee”; and,

Let it be resolved that ASUCI Legislative Council approves the appointments of Alexander Fung, Haruka Hatori, Rafael Carrazco-Sanchez, and Misael Marquez as undergraduate representatives on the Anteater Express Bus Love Board; and,

Let it be further resolved that ASUCI Legislative Council agrees to appoint ASUCI At-Large Representative Frank Heyward as the ASUCI Legislative Council representative on the Anteater Express Bus Love Board.
