All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Appointment of ASUCI Legislative Council Speaker Pro Temper for Winter Quarter, 2016

 Whereas ASUCI Legislative Council has the ability and responsibility to elect a new Speaker Pro Tempore within the last two weeks of each quarter for them to serve as Speaker Pro Tempore the next quarter (ASUCI Bylaws Article 3, Section B, Item 1), and 

Whereas Alvin Phan was nominated on December 1st, 2015, to be the next Legislative Council Speaker Pro Tempore, and

Whereas ASUCI Legislative Council has convened to interviewed Alvin Phan on December 1st, 2015, and decided to appoint him as its Speaker Pro Tempore, and

Therefore let it be resolved that Alvin Phan be appointed Winter Quarter 2016 ASUCI Legislative Council Speaker Pro Tempore of ASUCI Legislative Council until the end of Winter Quarter, 2016.
