All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, the ASUCI Office of the President needs to split the ASUCI Media & Communications Commissioner position to two ASUCI Media & Communications Co-Commissioner positions, and Whereas, it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2), and Whereas, members of the staff need to be confirmed for payroll and have already been performing their duties, and Let it resolved that Nashra Anwer and Sebastian Zhang be confirmed as the co-commissioners of the Media & Communications Commission under the ASUCI Office of the President and afforded all privileges associated with such appointments. | |
