All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas, the Office of President has completed the hiring process of the staff for the 2016-2017 academic year, and Whereas, it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2), and Whereas, members of the staff need to be confirmed for payroll so they can perform their duties. Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed in their respective positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of the President and afforded all privileges associated with such appointments: Deon West - Co-Chief of Staff Emily Cope - Co-Chief of Staff Edgar Espinoza - 60 by 16 Co-Commissioner Jackson Brians - 60 by 16 Co-Commissioner Jonna Amparo - Art Lab Commissioner Kayelyn Rodriguez - Campus Climate Commissioner Carolina Dominguez-Burciaga - Liaisons Council Co-Commissioner Ivana Kang - Liaisons Council Co-Commissioner Grace Kim - Media & Communications Co-Commissioner Karena Phan - Media & Communications Co-Commissioner Ashley Jimenez - Mental Health Commissioner Brittany Nguyen - Recruitment & Retention Commissioner |
