The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, the Student Center Board of Advisors has reviewed and revised its Bylaws; and Whereas, the ASUCI Legislative Council has additionally reviewed and revised the Student Center Board of Advisors Bylaws to reflect the newly passed ASUCI Constitution; and Whereas, the new Bylaws for Student Center Board of Advisors will be read has linked below: https://asuci.uci.edu/finalizedproposedbylawrevisionsforscba/ Let it be Resolved, the ASUCI Legislative Council approves the amended Bylaws for the Student Center Board of Advisors pending on approval of the UC Irvine Chancellor. |
