REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE ASUCI SENATE 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Academic Affairs Commissioner Appointments

Whereas, the Office of the Academic Affairs has completed the hiring process of the staff for the 2016-2017 academic year, and

 

Whereas, it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Senate (Art 6, Sec. 2, Sub k), and    

 

Whereas, members of the staff need to be confirmed for payroll and have already been performing their duties.

 

Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed in their respective positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of the Academic Affairs and afforded all privileges associated with such appointments:
