All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, the new ASUCI Constitution was passed in the Spring Quarter of 2016 and,

Whereas, ASUCI now requires a new Elections Code in order to remain aligned with the new Constitution and By-Laws and, Whereas, an Elections Code Revision Committee has met to discuss the revisions, 

Whereas, the Committee has completed their work and,

Let it therefore be resolved that the attached, updated Elections Code be adopted in its entirety as the new ASUCI Elections-Code:
