All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas ASUCI Senate has the ability and responsibility to elect a new President of the Senate within the last two weeks of each quarter for them to serve as President of the Senate the next quarter (ASUCI Bylaws Article 6, Section 3, Item a), and Whereas Lydia Natoolo was nominated on November 17, 2016, to be the next ASUCI President of the Senate, and Whereas ASUCI Senate has convened to interviewed Lydia Natoolo on November 17, 2016, and decided to appoint her as its President of the Senate, and Therefore let it be resolved that Lydia Natoolo be appointed Winter Quarter 2017 ASUCI President of the Senate of ASUCI Senate until the end of Winter Quarter, 2017. |
